  • Volunteer and vendor application data
  • QR code scan data for entry/re-entry tracking

  • Verify student discount eligibility
  • Manage event entry via dynamic QR code scanning
  • Review and process applications (vendor, media, volunteer, sponsorship)

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions, encrypted storage for personal data, and secure third-party payment processing. Student IDs are deleted within 30 days of verification.
