Refund Policy

Ticket Refund Schedule

Full refund, no questions asked. Processing within 5–7 business days.

7–13 days before event

75% refund. 25% retained as administrative fee.

1–6 days before event

50% refund. 50% retained to cover committed costs.

Day of event / No-show

No refund available on the day of the event or for no-shows.

How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@esiromfoundation.org with your order confirmation number and the email used for purchase.

Our team will verify your request and process the refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

Earth Credits Refunds

Unused Earth Credits are fully refundable within 7 days after the event.

Submit your refund request through the Earth Credits portal using your wristband ID or account email.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Requests made after the 7-day window will not be honoured.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If Earth Hour Jamaica 2027 is cancelled due to force majeure (severe weather, government directive, pandemic, or similar extraordinary circumstances), all ticket holders will receive a full 100% refund or the option to transfer their tickets to the rescheduled date. The Esirom Foundation is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs.

Exceptions

  • Tickets obtained through promotional giveaways or competitions are non-refundable.
  • Vendor booth fees are non-refundable once the application has been approved.
  • Donations to the Esirom Foundation are non-refundable (tax receipts are provided).
  • Tickets cancelled due to fraud or Terms of Service violations are non-refundable.
